About me
My name is Erik Vaněk and I am an experience designer from Brno, Czechia.
With a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, I've helped diverse organizations from startups, through public services to cultural institutions to create innovative, human-centered services that deeply resonate with their audiences.
When working with my clients my main aim is to understand what are their needs and goals. Proper alignment is a key to success. Once achieved, we move onto empathizing with their clients' needs. Good solutions can emerge only based on fully understanding their needs and constraints.
Outside of work, I find joy in pursuing my passions for cooking, fermentation, and building aeroponic systems. As a curious cook and fermentation enthusiast, I love experimenting with new recipes and techniques ranging from kombucha(only in 🇨🇿), tepache to kimchi.
